2. The Application Process
When you submit an application:
- You represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee admission.
- You understand that ISS reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.
- You understand the schedule as described in our Refund Policy.
3. Program Participation
If admitted, you agree to:
- Attend sessions live. Sessions are not recorded. Three unexcused absences forfeit your seat with no refund.
- Complete all assignments and provide feedback to the cohort honestly and respectfully.
- Maintain the confidentiality of content shared by practitioners within sessions.
- Not reproduce or resell ISS curriculum materials without written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All ISS website content, including text, curriculum frameworks, brand assets, and program materials, is the intellectual property of Indian School of Skills. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Work you create during the program (your agent, campaigns, case studies, design files) remains your intellectual property.
5. No Guarantee of Employment
ISS does not guarantee employment or any specific outcome from completing a program. Salary ranges and freelance rates referenced on the site are illustrative, based on available market data, and are not promises or guarantees.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in ISS programs.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of jurisdiction in New Delhi, India.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms are posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
