Refund Policy
Summary (plain English)
- Admissions Application: Entirely free. No fee is charged to submit your application or schedule counselor calls.
- Program Fee (₹60,000): 75% refunded if you withdraw before Week 3. No refund from Week 3 onwards.
- If ISS cancels the cohort: full refund of all program fees paid.
1. Admissions Application
Submitting your initial admissions application and booking counseling callbacks or meetings is entirely free. No payment details or application fees are required to enter the admissions review process.
2. Program Fee (₹60,000)
The program fee is due after you receive and accept your admission offer. The following refund schedule applies:
- Before Week 1 starts: 100% refund of program fee paid.
- During Week 1 or Week 2: 75% refund of program fee paid.
- From Week 3 onwards: No refund. Seat forfeited.
If you are removed from the program due to consistent non-attendance (3 unexcused absences), no refund is issued.
3. If ISS Cancels the Cohort
In the unlikely event that ISS cancels Next Cohort before it begins, all fees paid will be refunded in full within 10 business days.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]". Include your application reference and reason for withdrawal. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
