We're seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team and own the product development of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and inventory solutions. The role involves working closely with manufacturers, operations teams, and technology partners to optimize inventory management and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities Development & Strategy

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for WMS and inventory management solutions

  • Conduct user research with manufacturers and warehouse operators to identify pain points and opportunities

  • Define product requirements and specifications for new features and improvements

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery

  • Monitor key metrics and drive data-driven decision making

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Optimize warehouse operations through technological solutions

  • Develop features for inventory tracking, batch management, and stock reconciliation

  • Improve picking, packing, and dispatch processes

  • Implement quality control measures within the WMS

  • Design solutions for multi-warehouse management

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with operations teams to understand ground-level challenges

  • Collaborate with manufacturers to understand their warehouse management needs

  • Coordinate with technology teams for feature implementation

  • Partner with business teams to align product development with business goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or related role

  • Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management concepts

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with WMS or inventory management systems

  • Knowledge of B2B e-commerce or manufacturing sector

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Understanding of supply chain operations

Technical Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of SQL for data analysis

  • Familiarity with product analytics tools
