- Who teaches live. Faculty masterclasses and mentor sessions are different. Ask how many hours of each you get.
- Weekly time. The McCombs page estimates about 8–10 hours a week for the AI/ML programme. Check the figure for your programme.
- Recorded vs live balance. Recorded lectures suit self-driven learners; if you need accountability, ask about attendance and deadlines.
- Projects. Ask for sample project briefs and whether your capstone uses your own problem or a set dataset.
